User Experience Tests
Objective
To pair a Bluetooth keyboard with a laptop, without any guidance.
I carried out several user tests with a Logitech K380 Bluetooth keyboard, chosen for its popularity and longevity in the market.
Based on the collected user experience (UX), I'd like to learn the keyboard's usability, ergonomics, and feedback mechanism.
Each participant exhibited confusion at some stage, with common issues including difficulty in locating the power button and the Bluetooth ON/OFF switch.
Post-testing, I conducted interviews with all participants to delve into their experiences, particularly focusing on the moments that took them the longest and aspects they felt were seamless.

Next-Gen Bluetooth Experience
After conducting the user test and the follow-up interviews, I mapped out the storyboard for the next-gen BT connection experience. There're two clear UX improvements:
1. Simplified the process by reducing the number of steps
2. Refined the design of the signifiers (buttons and indicator lights)
